OohVies collects account name, email, state or territory, password hash, sign-in and registration dates, updates preference, saved titles, watch history, playback progress, and policy acceptance records. Security and service providers may process IP addresses, device and request information. We use these to operate accounts, secure the service, provide playback and reports, resolve rights issues, and meet legal obligations.

The launch waitlist stores your name, email, state, update consent, and signup dates. It does not create an account or charge money. Email delivery starts only after the mailing service is connected. Filmmaker records include company, representative, phone, applications, ownership declarations, private supporting documents, review history, payment references, and promotion requests. Rights complaints contain the information you submit and may be shared with the affected rights holder as needed to resolve the dispute.

Authorized administrators can view and export registration and operational records. Supporting filmmaker documents are restricted to the submitting account and authorized administrators. We use hosting, storage, and video providers to deliver the service; embedded video, external artwork, and fonts may send requests to their providers. Your browser's speech service may process audio when you activate the voice control. Third parties have their own policies.

Essential cookies maintain sessions and Studio access. First-party ad identifiers may limit frequency and record events. The current site does not implement a separate response to a Do Not Track browser signal. Video and other third-party providers may collect activity across sites under their own settings. This notice does not authorize selling personal information, sharing individual viewing histories for behavioral advertising, or reusing registration records for unrelated marketing. Additional tracking or data uses require appropriate notice, choices, and consent where applicable.

Account settings let you edit your name and state, change your password or updates preference, clear history, and remove saved titles. Contact us for deletion, correction, access, marketing opt-out, or other privacy requests; we may verify identity and retain limited information needed for security, disputes, accounting, or law. Requests are handled according to applicable law. We retain records only as reasonably necessary for their purpose and legal requirements; account deletion may require administrative processing. Email verification and emailed password reset remain disconnected in this release.

The service is not directed to children under 18; account signup requires an adult attestation. Contact us if a child supplied personal information. Security measures reduce risk but no system is guaranteed secure. We may disclose information to comply with valid legal process, protect rights or safety, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to applicable safeguards.
